Use this guide to find your ideal BH bike size. If you're between sizes, size down for a sportier ride or size up for added comfort.

Fit Tips
- If you’re between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more aggressive position.
- Choose the larger size for a more upright and comfortable ride.
- Inseam measurement can further refine your fit.
- Stem length and saddle position allow fine-tuning.
Service Options

Basic Service - Safety Check and Minor Adjustments £40 (plus parts)
- Full bike safety check (frame, forks, headset etc.)
- Brakes inspected, aligned and adjusted
- Gears checked and tuned
- Chain checked and lubricated
- Tyres checked and inflated to correct pressure
- Nuts & bolts checked and torqued.
Good for:
bikes ridden regularly but not neglected, or quick check-ups in between heavier rides. -
Standard Service - Tune up £65 (plus parts)
- Everything listed in Basic Service plus.....
- Cleaning, adjustments to brakes/gears, wheel true, lubrication.
- Drivetrain components (chain, cassette, chainrings) cleaned and lubricated
- Cables checked and often replaced (gear/brake cables)
- Wheels trued and hubs checked
- Headset and bottom bracket checked/adjusted
- More comprehensive check of brakes/gears
- External parts and frame cleaned
Good for: once or twice a year if you ride a lot.

Full Service - Comprehensive Overhaul £90 - £110 (plus parts)
- Everything listed in Standard Service plus....
- Full strip-down of bike components
- Bearings (hubs, headset, bottom bracket) cleaned, greased and inspected
- Wheels fully serviced and spoke tensions checked
- Components degreased, cleaned and rebuilt
- Frame and forks inspected thoroughly for alignment/damage
- Deeper servicing of brakes and drivetrain
- All bolts torque checked
Good for:
annual deep maintenance, heavy riders, and before big tours or races.
