2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We sell bicycles, electric bicycles (e-bikes), parts, accessories and related goods.
All descriptions, specifications and images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to:
- Withdraw products at any time.
- Modify product specifications without prior notice.
- Refuse any order at our discretion.
4. E-Bike Compliance & Usage
E-bikes supplied for UK road use comply with Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) regulations.
Customers acknowledge:
- Any modification, tuning or derestriction of an e-bike motor system may make the bike illegal for road use.
- Unauthorised modification voids warranties.
- We accept no liability for unlawful use following modification.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors.
- Cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Finance purchases are subject to approval by the third-party finance provider and their separate terms.
6. Order Acceptance
A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- Payment is not authorised.
- There is a pricing or stock error.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Delivery is not possible to the address provided.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring safe storage of goods after delivery.
8. Assembly & Safety
Bicycles may require final assembly and safety checks.
We strongly recommend:
- Professional assembly by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
- A full safety inspection before first use.
We are not liable for injury or damage caused by improper assembly.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Warranty & Liability
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
We are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, corrosion or unauthorised modification.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, text, images and branding is the property of Carl Sullivan Cycles Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Accessories & parts: 5 - 10 working days
- Bicycles: 10 - 15 working days
- E-bikes: 10 - 15 working days
- Special orders: Times vary (confirmed individually)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or stock availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to apply additional charges for:
- Remote or offshore locations
- Oversized or specialist freight items
Customers will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply.
4. Bicycle & E-Bike Delivery
Bikes may be delivered:
- Partially assembled in a protective bike box; or
- Fully assembled via specialist courier or Carl Sullivan Cycles Ltd (where available).
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of goods
We may charge re-delivery or return shipping costs.
6. Risk & Title
Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered.
Title passes once full payment is received.
7. Lithium Battery Shipping
E-bike batteries are shipped in compliance with hazardous goods transport regulations.
Batteries cannot be shipped internationally without prior arrangement.

Basic Service - Safety Check and Minor Adjustments £40 (plus parts)
- Full bike safety check (frame, forks, headset etc.)
- Brakes inspected, aligned and adjusted
- Gears checked and tuned
- Chain checked and lubricated
- Tyres checked and inflated to correct pressure
- Nuts & bolts checked and torqued.
Good for:
bikes ridden regularly but not neglected, or quick check-ups in between heavier rides. -
Standard Service - Tune up £65 (plus parts)
- Everything listed in Basic Service plus.....
- Cleaning, adjustments to brakes/gears, wheel true, lubrication.
- Drivetrain components (chain, cassette, chainrings) cleaned and lubricated
- Cables checked and often replaced (gear/brake cables)
- Wheels trued and hubs checked
- Headset and bottom bracket checked/adjusted
- More comprehensive check of brakes/gears
- External parts and frame cleaned
Good for: once or twice a year if you ride a lot.

Full Service - Comprehensive Overhaul £90 - £110 (plus parts)
- Everything listed in Standard Service plus....
- Full strip-down of bike components
- Bearings (hubs, headset, bottom bracket) cleaned, greased and inspected
- Wheels fully serviced and spoke tensions checked
- Components degreased, cleaned and rebuilt
- Frame and forks inspected thoroughly for alignment/damage
- Deeper servicing of brakes and drivetrain
- All bolts torque checked
Good for:
annual deep maintenance, heavy riders, and before big tours or races.
